1. Who provides MYRror
MYRror Trading Simulator is provided by pending (name or company name, country and address). Contact: soporte.myrrortrading@gmail.com.
2. What it is and what it is not
- MYRror is an educational trading simulation tool with simulated capital.
- It does not execute real trades, accept deposits, hold funds, connect wallets or sign or send transactions.
- It is not financial, investment or tax advice. Simulated results do not guarantee real results.
- MYRror runs over Axiom's charts in your browser, but it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Axiom.
3. Beta version
MYRror is in beta. Its features, practice rules, limits and benefits may change, and the service may be interrupted or contain errors. Simulated figures are estimates based on public market data and may differ from a real execution.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You must not use MYRror to impersonate others, publish illegal or offensive content in your profile, or try to alter results, balances, achievements, time or rewards.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the service. Pending: procedure and notice.
5. MYRror Coins, achievements and ranks
MYRror Coins, achievements and practice ranks are not cryptocurrencies, money or securities. They have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and do not certify skill or profitability.
6. PRO
PRO is a subscription in preparation. During the beta, payments work only in Stripe test mode for authorized test accounts, and nothing real is charged. PRO is activated when the MYRror server confirms the payment with Stripe, and it applies to the same account in the extension and on the website. Price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published on Subscriptions and cancellations before any real charge is enabled.
7. Intellectual property
The MYRror brand, logo and software belong to their owner. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Pending: trademark owner.
8. Liability
MYRror is provided "as is" during its beta phase. Decisions you make in real markets are your own. Pending: limitation of liability under the applicable law.
9. Governing law and changes
Pending: governing law and competent courts. We will publish changes to these terms on this page with their update date.
